Character Strengths: Agile, he can turn on a dime. He's flexible, even being a big guy, he's still able to move around very easily and if someone wanted to lose a limb, they could even say gracefully.

Character Weaknesses: Eddie is dumb as a rock. No, really, he is. There isn't much up there. It would be very easy for someone to get him to work for them if he cared for them enough.

His History:

Character History: Growing up in Sparta, New Jersey there wasn't much to do but little Edward managed to keep himself busy, mainly with any violent kind of activity he could find. Crashing toy cars into one another, destroying anything he could get his hands on that wasn't glued to the floor (an action his mother took after the fifth broken table). For his third Christmas, Jerry gave Edward his very first football helmet, he spent the next three days ramming his head into various walls. It cost over three grand to repair them. He only stopped after three days because the helmet split into two pieces.

Once in school, Edward became Eddie after his schoolmates finally shortened his name. He insisted his parents and sister call him Eddie from that moment on. The only person to resist, his mother, is the only one that can use his given name without having thier head bashed in. While he wasn't a bully, he was definitely the muscle of the school, everyone wanted him as a friend because he found any excuse to fight. After multiple detentions and two suspensions, it was decided that football was a valid way for him to work out the aggresion he seemed to naturally feel. Showing remarkable talent at the game, football became his life.

School, however, has not his forte and it was only with the help of his sister and his father that he made it through any of his grades without being held back. On the high school football team, Eddie was one of the best players on the team, but he was not the star player, he was just incredibly talented at bashing into other players. It was his teammates that christened him "Smash". Not being the star player, nor being the brightest star in the class brought him only a few college offers and none of them particularly interesting, so he and his parents decided that he go to Spartan College so he could be close to home (in case of any injuries). Because Spartan is so small, Eddie became the star player on the team and has since become one of the best known students around campus.

He is studying criminology with the express desire to become a cop. He also has a secret goal to join the military, but has not yet revealed that to his parents or his sister. He doesn't believe they would approve. In the desire to expose her son to something other than football, Louise, asked Eddie to join one other club. He chose art, because there would be girls there, hopefully naked ones.

His Personality:

Personality Description: Eddie, or Smash as he likes to be called, is the typical jock, more than a little stupid and very hard headed. He was taught respect for women by his mother and by his love for his sister, but still has to fight the need to treat women as sexual objects. Once he cares for a girl, he does deeply, but it takes a little while for him to reach that level.

Even though he can be very easily persuaded to follow one side or the other of an issue, there are a few things he knows for certain and that are as solid as rocks in his head. 1) His family comes first. 2) His mother is GOD and 3) Football is the key to life.

Personality Flaws:Misogynistic, although he hides it well. He believes most women are around him simply for sex. This comes from years of being fawned on by girl classmates simply looking to date a football player. He has had more than his share of one night stands. He's not loyal to anyone but his family.

Positive Personality Traits: Sociable. Can be charming when he wants to be. He knows how to finesse a woman, just prefers not to have to. Loves his mother, a serious mama's boy.
